Spicy Grilled Chicken
ingredients:
1 chicken, cut into 16 parts
2 tablespoons lime juice and 1 teaspoon salt
3 stalks lemongrass, crushed
3 kaffir lime leaves
2 cm ginger, crushed
2 pieces of pandan leaves
10 tablespoons soy sauce
5 tablespoons cooking oil
Roughly mash:
350 grams of the green chili
15 pieces of green chili
10 grains of red onion
5 cloves of garlic
2 tea spoon salt and 1/2 tea spoon pepper
1 teaspoon all-purpose seasoning chicken flavor
2 tea spoon lemon juice
How to make:
1. Wash chicken thoroughly, rub with lemon juice and salt, let stand for
10 minute wash again, drain.
2. Grilled chicken over hot coals, after being cooked, crushed and set aside.
3. Heat oil, fry seasoning mashed with lemon grass, lime leaves, ginger and spring
