Bellow is Three way to cook a Delicious Tomato Soups

(1) Shrimp Ball TOMATO SOUP


ingredients:


1 kg tomatoes
2 tablespoons margarine
1 onion, finely sliced
1 tablespoon plain flour
1 nutmeg, crushed
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 pepper powder
2 tablespoons sugar
500 ml chicken stock 5 tablespoons tomato sauce
50 ml heavy cream
1 tablespoons chopped petersei
Shrimp balls: 250 g chopped shrimp, 1 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon pepper, and 1 tsp sugar
sand, mix well. Fried ball shape, set aside
How to make:


1. Boil water, boil the tomatoes briefly until wilted, remove from heat, and blend.
Then strain and set aside.


2. Heat margarine, saute onion until fragrant, put flour
flour and stir well.

3. Add the tomatoes finely, nutmeg, salt, pepper, sugar, chicken broth,
and tomato sauce.

4. Pour the heavy cream and remove from heat.

5. Serve warm, sprinkled with chopped parsley.

(2) Shrimp and mushroom TOMATO SOUP

ingredients:
10 fish (750 g) shrimp,
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 tablespoons butter
50 g onion, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
500 g red tomatoes, grated
2 tsp tomato paste
1 L of water
1 tsp pepper
1 1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp sugar
100 g frozen peas
125 g  mushrooms canned, drained, halved

HOW TO MAKE:


1. Marinate shrimp with lime juice. Let stand for 30 minutes.

2. Grill shrimp over hot coals until both sides dry and overcooked.
3. Heat the butter until melted. Sauté onion and garlic until wilted.
4. Add tomatoes, tomato paste, water and other seasonings. Bring to a boil.
5. Add the shrimp, peas and mushrooms. Simmer until thick. Lift.

6. Serve warm.

(3) SHRIMP BALL TOMATO SOUP (addition = olive oil )

Soup ingredients:
2 tbsp olive oil
4 cloves garlic, finely chopped
100 gr onion
1 pcs of fresh basil leaves
2 bay leaves lbr
1 tbsp tomato paste
500 g red tomatoes, boiled, peeled, mashed
1 tsp salt
½ tsp pepper
¼ tsp chili powder
250 ml broth
50 ml heavy cream
100 gr vermicelli, boiled until tender, drained
100 grams of canned white beans
1 large stalk of celery, cut into 1 cm
garlic bread
Shrimp balls (mix)
200 gr shrimp, finely chopped
100 gr chicken meat, minced
2 stalk green onion, thinly sliced
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 Egg

How to Make:
1. Heat olive oil, saute garlic and onion until fragrant. Enter basil, bay leaves, tomato paste, tomato finely, salt, pepper, chili powder, stirring until smooth.

2. Pour the broth, bring to a boil. Reduce the heat and cook until cooked tomato soup. Remove and set aside leaves and basil and bay leaf. Process in a blender until smooth.
3. Pour back into the pot, add the heavy cream. Go put back over low heat until boiling.

4. Shrimp balls: Mix all ingredients, shape into balls with two small spoons. Boil in boiling water than drain it.
5. Enter the soup in a bowl, add the shrimp balls, vermicelli, white beans, and celery sticks. Serve with garlic bread.
