(1) Chicken pot pie recipe
Ingredients :
3 cans white meat chicken, drained
1 can Veg-All, drained
1 can cream of potato soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. milk or 1/2 c. cooking sherry
Salt & pepper
2 Pillsbury pie crusts
1 egg, for egg wash
Directions :
1. Place 1 crust in bottom of 9 inch pie pan. Use egg wash on crust.
2. Mix chicken, Veg-All, soup, milk or sherry, salt and pepper. Place in crust. Top with other crust; seal. Use egg wash and then make slits.
3. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
4. Ready to serve

(2) Chicken pie recipe
Ingredients :
1 chicken, boiled & boned
1 can cream chicken soup
1 1/2 c. chicken broth
1 tsp. pepper
1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
1 stick oleo, melted
Directions :
1. Combine chicken, soup and broth. Place in 9 x 13 inch dish.
2. Pour over chicken mixture.
3. Bake at 425 degrees for 30 minutes.
4. Ready to serve

(3) Pineapple chicken recipe
Ingredients :
2 c. sliced raw chicken breasts (1" strips)
18 pineapple cubes, canned
1 whole green pepper, cut into 1" long thin slices
1 c. sliced raw celery
Salt & pepper to taste
Sweet and sour sauce :
1 c. white vinegar
1 c. apricot nectar
1 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. Worcestershire
1/2 bottle tomato catsup
1 tsp. cornstarch
Directions :
1. Prepare sauce first by combining all ingredients except cornstarch. Simmer for 30 minutes.
2. Thicken with cornstarch diluted in a little water.
3. Saute chicken in a little oil (do not brown) and add all other ingredients and stir constantly.
4. Add sweet and sour sauce, salt and pepper to taste.
5. Ready for Serve
