Chilli crab sauce recipe
ingredients:
2 crabs
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
200 ml broth
3 pcs red chili, seeded and finely chopped
1 teaspoon grated ginger
5 tbsp tomato sauce
2 tablespoons chili sauce
1/2 tsp sesame oil
1 tbsp soy sauce
1/2 tsp pepper powder
1 tablespoon cornstarch, mixed with a little water
1 stalk onion leaves coverings, sliced
cooking oil
salt to taste
sugar to taste

How to Make:
1. clean the crab, until clean.


2. fried crab until it changes color to red, then remove and drain.


3. saute garlic, ginger and red pepper until fragrant. then enter the chili sauce, ketchup, soy sauce, sesame oil and broth. cook until boiling.


4. enter the crab was fried, stir. add salt, sugar and pepper. stir well. reduce heat and cover the wok. cook until cooked and the flavors to infuse.


5. Thicken gravy with cornstarch solution, add the leeks. cook briefly.


6. then lift the crab is ready to be served.
